Do you have problems accessing the university library's e-resources?

Various library user surveys have shown that many UCPH -users have problems when they try to access the University Library’s e-resources (e-periodicals, e-books etc.) via their VPN-client.

The reason for this is that it is not technically feasible to access the library’s e-resources through the VPN-client.

There are two forms of access to the e-resources:

1. Direct access
If you work from locations on UCPH campuses, you are automatically recognized as an authorized UCPH user, through IP-recognition.

2. Remote access
If you work from outside UCPH campuses, for instance from home or travelling, you must login through The Royal Library’s system, REX, to get remote access.

Read more about getting remote access in our new guide or please feel free to contact us at kontaktbiblioteket.kb.dk
