Staff and Ph.d. students

If you are a staff member or a Ph.d. student at the University of Copenhagen choose
"Studerende og ansatte ved KU" when you register as a user in REX.

Use your CPR-number (10 digits without hyphens) as a user-id and the 4 digit pin code you have personally chosen for REX as your password.
You can change your pin code in REX by clicking on "User status".

The special user card with a 6 digit number you may have been given as an institute user is only to be used to order books to be delivered to the institute by the library's delivery service.
It does not provide remote access.  Remote access is only obtainable with the use of a CPR-number and pin code after registration in REX.

If you experience problems in registration as a user in REX, or you have forgotten your pin code,

Staff and Ph.d. students at the faculities of Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Sciences do not yet have access to the Royal Library's remote access.  Use the remote access at your faculty library - DVJB og DFB
